Investment Criteria Harbor Private Funds has a four point selection process when considering investment in a corporation, these criteria include:

Strong entrepreneurial leadership skills and well-built management team
Product and/or services have market viability, a competitive advantage and global application
Large market opportunities and attractive revenue model
Profitable, high-yielding exit strategy executable in three-to-seven years.

Companies seeking funding must be in one of the following:

Early stage with a proprietary technology or advancement in a sector with large market opportunities
Growth stage, past product or technology development but demonstrates large market viability
Expansion stage with established revenue stream, seeking funding for product line expansions and/or improvements

The selection process is as such:

Companies seeking consideration must submit requested information, in writing, to corporate office
Managing partners review submissions and select possible projects for advisory board’s consideration
Advisory board of diversified business professionals, specializing in legal, financial, technology, marketing, foreign markets, business operations and economics, collaborates on prospective company’s business plan and management team, and evaluates profitability potential, risk factor, viability of company offerings and market receptiveness
Upon advisory board’s approval, Harbor Private Funds’ managing partners conduct face-to-face interviews with prospective company’s management team
Advisory board then holds final evaluation meeting of prospective company, if approved, company begins contractual paperwork

Competitive analysis
Management overview
Financial statements/projections
Detailed information on Intellectual Property/ invention/ service model and/or advancement
